upgraded to 3.2 and can't find navigation menu

is that what the menu bar on the left side was called. is that gone with the new upgrade?

I just upgraded and the same thing happened to me. No menu. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

i just deleted the browser’s cache history and it works now

Try going to your profile page and click “show Admin Bar – In Dashboard”.
