wp-admin error after upgrade to 3.2

    i upgraded my site to the latest of WP
    and now i cant enter any admin page/dashboard

    i have error when i try to enter wp-admin/index.php

    but wp-admin/upgrade.php is working

    my web site is
    Webvision Games
