My RSS feed is hours slow or broken

Not sure what happened, but a few things just got weird on my site. My RSS feed didn’t update with the last post, and my like button broke. I don’t know if the two are related. Nothing major was done on the thing other than simple posting.
Upgrading to 3.2 won’t happen until my host migrates me to a mysql version 5 server. Don’t know if that could have anything to do with it, though.
