Auto thumbnails for post list

    Hi.
    I’ve set up the post list on my index page as a grid of posts, each about 400×300 pixels. I’d like images in the actual posts to be displayed at a reduced size in the list of posts, so that the whole image is shown together with some of the text.
    Is there a way to have those images automatically thumbnailed at a given size for this purpouse?
