while plugin is activated it is not possible to edit posts

  • While plugin is activated neither posts nor menus would be visible, thus impossible to edit them without deactivating plugin first.

  • I am relatively new to WordPress, and just joined the forum a few minutes ago so I could vote for some plugins.

    The plugins I installed were Contact Form 7 and the optional Really Simple CAPTCHA plugin (which is only needed if your form uses CAPTCHA anti-spam validation).

    While voting for the plugins (they both worked for me, using version 3.1.4 of WordPress), I came across this post. I just wanted to say that I was able to edit my only post, but since I don’t have any menus yet, I can’t say whether that would have worked.

    I’ve tried to deactivate all plugins and check whether I can edit posts and menus, and it is definitely contactform7 the one that’s destroying the admin.
