• I asked my hosting co to enable exec() and they said they would do it for a subdirectory since it was safer.

So it’s enabled for wp-content/plugins but I still get the following error msg:

Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/berylliu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ezpz-one-click-backup/functions/ezpz-ocb-functions.php on line 923

Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/berylliu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ezpz-one-click-backup/functions/ezpz-ocb-functions.php on line 927 Your Linux server has disabled the exec function.

Contacted host again and they say exec() is working.

What am I missing here? Does it have to be enabled for the whole site??

    Cheers…..
