Trying to create a category page

Hey, all!

I am trying to create a page {like about me – at the top under my header} that will take you to a listing of all posts in a certain category. I’ve tried using the code that all goes in the header, and all it is doing is creating a hyperlink.

Can someone please help me? I’m trying to update my page and add a new category page, and it is taking me forever to figure out.
