Comment Queston

All in all the theme does a lot for me. Does anyone know of a way to make commenting more prominent?

Ideally, I would like somethign larger and bolder encouraging comments rather than a link buried amongst the tags.

I have seen ones that have a comment link up top along with a commetn count and a taunt. Does anyone have any iodeas?
