fatal error…..What do I do??????

  • I am trying to upload a new theme. I beleive I have done this now, but whe I try to login to WordPress I get the message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /hermes/bosweb26c/b2759/ipg.melgardnercom/wp-admin/index.php on line 1

    Does anyone know what I can do?

  • Where did you upload the theme?

    Did you touch anything in the wp-admin folder?

    You definitely should not have.

    ANd index.php in wp-admin should not call get_header

    index.php calling get_header should be in your theme…. which should be in the themes folder in wp-content
