Query to get 2 previous and 2 next posts

Hi!

I was struggling to find, and failed in it, a way to query 2 previous and 2 next posts in specific order. What I’d like to do is to query posts:

– from specific category
– two previous
– two next
– in specific order (menu_order for example)

so I could use the query on single.php to get the adjacent posts. Does anyone know a way to do this? Any help will be highly appreciated.
