edit text in archive template?

i want to edit the text ‘Leave a comment ? Continue Reading → ‘ under each post entry.
cant find which file this text is in.
i want to remove ‘leave a comment’ and change ‘continue reading’ to ‘View full profile’
any help appreciated…
