Issue with submiting new plugin

Hi, I new to wordpress.
I submit the request to add new plugin.
it been 1 week, i cant’t able to get the svn repository access.
I added myself to svn login also.

I try to checkout the requested repository for wordpress plugin, but seems like that has been not created yet.

is there anyway, i can check what i missed.
i added readme.txt and location of my plugin also which is on github.

any help is appreciated.
