How to move .htaccess file??

  • I just installed the WP-DB Manager plug in. Now I am getting a message at the top of my dashboard:

    move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to /home/sarah_oleary/wellnessthenaturalway.com/wp-content/backup-db

    can anyone tell me where to find these files so I can move it?
