Twitter retweet button with bit.ly

As you can see from my page: Big Brother Junkies, I am using the official tweet button up top, however it does have some customization in functions.

I was able to make it turn my link into the proper bit.ly link I wanted, but it’s not showing the proper count. (click on the tweet button to show “You are sharing https://bit.ly/jGGGfV using Twitter’s URL shortener, t.co. “)

As you can see from the bottom ‘share’ bar, it is counting 10 tweets and 8 FB likes at the time of this post, so it’s been retweeted, yet it’s not properly displaying up top.

Is there a way I can use the official tweet box while using my custom bit.ly URL inside it? I don’t like how it changes the URl to the twitter one.
