can we use sessions in a plugin??

Hello,

i’ve read something about that we can’t use sessions in a plugin.. is that correct???

Because i’m having multiple forms that are needed to create one thing in my plugin.. and for that i need to use sessions, so i can store it

Also if it is possible.. is there already a session started or do we have to call session_start by ourself?
