Draft topics are listed in calendar title

I made a draft entry, and found that it’s listed in the calendar title tag even though it’s not published.
BTW, will you do conversions of ‘ and ” to entities across the board, including in for instance the calender titles? Thing is that if you use ” in an entry title, it’ll close the title in the calendar (as an example) and thus it no longer validates (and of course it also breaks the tag, but hey :)).
