site url in php myadmin keeps changing and login reset

Hi there. I have followed the directions in the documents for log-in issues and am not having any luck. I have moved my site to a new url. It is finally showing correctly, although some link issues have to be addressed, but I am unable to log-in. I finally got to the point where php myadmin and editing the table was the only choice. I noticed that the site url is https://https://interbiznet.com/wordpress/. I have tried to remove both the extra http and the end / but they keep resetting. What options are available?

I have also reset my password both through this interface and by getting an email reset from wp but after logging in it will kick me out a few moments later.

This has been the most painful experience – for the last week. Please help put me out of my misery. If anyone has a suggestion that would be great. Thank you.
