"This user does not exist" Snafu with Adding a New Contributor

  • Hi!
    I’ve got the wordpress water wings on and this is probably a very easy question for some of you vets to answer.

    Basically I am trying to add a new wordpress user for our site, and it keeps saying “this user does not exist” even after she received the confirmation. Am I missing a step?

    Any help much appreciated!!

    what do you mean by create n database? i tried adding her through the dashboard, where it says “add new user.” Is there another way to look for her, or to add her? She does have a wordpress ID. it is ncapoccitti@wordpress
