How can I make a static link in the menu, not a page

Hi

This must be the easiest thing in the world,

I need to make a link called ‘home’ that is “/” ie goes nowhere but that will I assume show the newest posts.

But I want to create a page and I dont see a menu manager, I guess I could hard could in the template but is there a way to do this,

is there a menu manager plugin,

have a missed something, this seems the easiest thing but no info.

I imported from another system and the home has gone because it was not page on there other site but a static link…
