Can Some1 please help? hav'n hard time activating ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so

    To whom it may concern, I am trying to activate a www.remarpro.com 3.1.3 plugin. (bloggerhigh) When I try to upload, I get this message:

    (fatal error)
    Site error: the file /home/content/92/7533792/html/bestworkathomebusiness2011.com/wp-content/plugins/bloggerhigh_seo/bloggerhigh_seo_include.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation.

    I am hosted w/Godaddy & was told to upload ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so and then edited my php5 and install the zend extension code under [zend] (as U see below)

    4 hours later, I am still getting the fatal error message you see above. I’ve everything I can think of and godaddy has helped me as far as they can go. They pointed me your way. What am I doing wrong and can you please help me. I need step by step on my end. I’m missing something & don’t know what.

  • Looks like ionCube PHP loader is not correctly installed on your server, judging from the error message. Is it a dedicated server? Have GoDaddy check your PHP configuration to see whether ionCube PHP loader is correctly installed. Either GoDaddy needs to help you get it installed, or you’ll need to get some sysadmin help. This does not look to me like a WordPress isssue, it looks like a server configuration issue.

    Thank God and Thank you. I have another question. from the e-mail that Godaddy sent me, there is a window asking me if I am loading this on my computer of another server. If I check another server, a window pops up asking for FTP server add:, FTP port:, FTP user name:, FTP Password: I dont know what to put much less have or know a user name or PW. What should I do?

    Thank you for your help zoonini. I spoke with Godaddy and they told me that everything was running fine. So I had to go to plan B. Deactivate all plungins with wordpress, cause sometimes they just don’t work well together. Well that didn’t work. Plan C uninstall the wordpress plugin in question and uninstall ioncube and then re-installed the ioncube first then the plugin. Everything is wokking gr8 now. Thanx
