Can't request css and js files

As we known, after enable the w3-total-cache plugin,the webpage for unlogged users will show a page like in word, it is because the browser can’request the combine css and js files(The w3-total-cache will combine all css and all js files in two files, so we can have fewer HTTP request, and it also zip these two files). I use https://gtmetrix.com/ to analyse my blog, in Timeline Tab you can see（The picture is here https://twitpic.com/59gpld）, actually we can’t request for the css combine file and js combine file,it shows a Http Status Code 400, which means the sever don’t understand the request. So I think this problem maybe caused by the .htaccess in /wp-content/w3tc/min/.

Is there anyone who can help me ? I think w3-total-cache is really a googd plugin. It is convenient and make all functions in one plugins. I first konw this plugin when it is ver 0.9.1.3. It broken. I hoped the next version can work, I have waited and waited .But when ver 0.9.2.2 come out. It also brokens. I wish the auttor can fix this problem as quickly as he can.
