Need a replacement for thickbox

Hey,

Had planned to use thickbox to create a lightbox style contact form but for some unknown to man reason I just cant get it to work on the clients server.

No errors or anything and I have implemented it loads before. Just doesnt fire off.

Anyway, can anyone suggest an alternative that I could use to create the same effect?
