Problem with tutorial on text wrapping around image

I downloaded and installed the Weblog Tools Collection from this tutorial:

All I want to do is have my text wrap around the image, before when I posted an image it looked like the post below it, so I tried the tutorial – the image is squashed super small (off to the right, a little white box with the image inside it but tiny tiny) – it’s acutally this size: https://www.10eastern.com/images/10easternSM.jpg

I used this code here to show it

Any idears? I couldn’t really find the answer in the forums, sorry if this has been answered already.
