Plugin extra nav icon error

  • Hi,
    this plugin never work on my site karnhack.com (infophp).
    When i active it, the full site crash (admin template included).
    I have a mystique R2 with only 2 custom modified:
    1 – permalink: custom /%postname%/
    2 – .htaccess:
