How to use img placeholder for a FLV video

Hi,

hope this is the right section for my post.
I’ve a flv video file in a new post. I’m using Hana player and it works fine.
The problem is that the video is being loaded on the home page as well, whereas I’d like to load the video only once the viewer clicked on the related image on the home page.
In fact the problem is that once I publish the post, it become already visible in home page as video. So, basically I’m trying to find a way to replace the video in home page with a poster image, then the viewer can click on it and access to the post page and finally the video should load.
Hope the description of what I’m looking for is clear.

Any hints?
