Need Help with Dirty Blue Theme

    I am new WordPress user and need some help with the Dirty Blue Theme. I have added a picture to the header, but I would like to center the picture over the post section. I have attached a link to my site and to the CSS code and Header Code. Thanks for any help any can give me.
