[Plugin: Events Manager] Create username with e-mail and not a random number

  • Hi Marcus,

    Is it possible to modify Events Manager so when it creates a new user, his/her username is the informed e-mail and not the name with a generated number?

    Since the user can’t change the username later, it’s evil to give him/her such a bad login ??

  • To do that they can register via another form and then book. I thought about adding a username field but that’s one more field for people to fill. Will be making these forms more customizable, maybe we can revisit that then.

    Maybe I could change it myself for now. Where exactly is the function that creates the username? I couldn’t find it.
