• I have finally discovered nextgen gallery templates. These are located in
    \…\wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\view as php files. Not very confident i realised these contained instructions for carousel and other display outputs. Now you are meant to transfer these to a nggallery file within your theme. Which i did and you can see it is active when you go into the theme editor. next you supply a short code within your post.Such as :
    [ nggallery id=1 template=gallery images=0 ]
    [ nggallery id=1 template=dcarousel.php] in both cases all i see in display mode is the code shown here. Now i am sure these modules don’t exist for no reason and Alex has shown the output in his examples. so why is it I can’t get any further.
    PS I have turned off all other plugins as a check, I have tried using the default theme as a check and many a fruitless hour examining other possibilities. Would love to know what i can do to access these other useful templates.
