[Plugin: Weather Forecast – WP Wunderground] Cache checkbox won't remain checked

Hi,
I want to use cache, but when I check the checkbox and click Save, the checkbox remains unchecked.
Probably it has to do with some rights… Just guessing.
What can I do with this?
