Permalinks link to author category

http:cheshmandaz.org. Since I installed Yoast, permalinks in search engines link NOT to articles but the author category. I tried to “strip” category from Yoast settings. Then you couldn’t open the links and received error message. How can I strip category and have links link to the articles themselves without disabling access to old links? Any help appreciated.
