Database Connection Error! HELP!!

I just updated the wordpress version in the dashboard as directed. Have done this to several sites without issue and suddenly one of them now has an error screen reading “Database Connection Error..” The site does not load and I am not able to access the dashboard either!!

How do I fix this? Please Advise
