• Hello,
Two days ago I install WP Super Cache on my new blog. No problem with the process. I use WordPress 3.1.2 dan WP Super Cache 0.9.9.9. I also can see the footer/notice in View Page Source:

<!– Dynamic page generated in 0.954 seconds. –>
    <!– Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2011-05-22 19:29:25 –>
    <!– Compression = gzip –>

With that, I know my site has been cached, right? ??

But today, when I click “Contents >> List all cached files >> Regenerate cache stats” I see something strange on my posts permalink structure in File List. The first line, I think no problem:

    Fresh WP-Cached Files:
    mydomain.com/feed/

But next list of “Fresh Super Cached Files”, I see

      all of my posts

there (that have been cached) with strange permalink format. Like below:

    mydomain.com/http/computer/best-new-netbooks/23

What I want to ask you, why is the “http” placed after “mydomain.com”? Is it normal for WP Super Cached file-list?

For my post permalink structure, I use:

    mydomain.com/category/post-name/post-id

I need your opinion, and thanks to Donncha for this great plugin. I used it since years ago.

  • Are you using the development version? If so update to the latest dev version, or use the stable version.

Hi Donncha, sorry, I can not log-in several days (problem with my password software). ??

No, I do not use development version. I use the “regular” free version, downloaded from www.remarpro.com.

I just check again today, and it’s still the same. But when I see the page-source footer, it’s notified that page has been cached.

So what now, Donncha? Do you think this is okay if I let this problem?

    Thank you very much.

I think you should probably download this version and install it. That “http” was added to the supercache page when I was working on the development version and doesn’t quite work completely.
