Adding Facebook and Twitter Icons

  • Hi there

    I need to introduce Facebook and Twitter icons in my WordPress navigation bar (or any other possible way)
    I use the Photo Workshop theme

    So I wish it could look like this

    could someone help me?
    I don’t know how to work with codes
    so please tell me exactly what is the code, where to put it
    and which files to work with ( style.css, header.php etc…)
