need help changing font color

I need help changing the font color in my posts to a black one. I’m not sure which code in the CSS I have to change. I’m pasting the entire CSS stylesheet below. Please help by telling me what I need to change and where exactly.

Also I was wondering if my theme displays excerpts and if so what word limit is it set to, and so forth? Thank you. I appreciate all your help. I’m creating a magazine and at the moment have no one helping me with all the coding.
