Can wordpress have this?

  • I have not yet started to use WordPress. Before, starting I wanted to know a few things.

    I want to make a PhotoBlog or say ImageGallery. Basically it will be most of the images only.
    Secondly, I would like to have a ratings system to rate each image or post. Can I get this using an addon, theme or something else?
