Duplicate image

I am a newbie to wordpress and have lots of question. I have been adding image to my post, but the same image is showing up 2 times in 1 post. Is there a way to make it just show 1 image in the post I want it in.

How do I remove the term and use & privacy policy that is on the home page and move it to the footer, and just have it as the login registration page.
