Error message

I have a hosting company that uses Fantastico to install WordPress. I have a client with an error that looks like this:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/user/public_html/domainname.com/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php on line 14106

When he logs in, he cant access his dashboard or any of the menus.

Any replies would help greatly.
