wp-recaptcha spam registrations

Looks like registrations somehow get through.

I tried leaving the recaptcha blank, and it seems to block me, but there are several spam registrations flowing in. Is there another way to register in wordpress that I’m missing? It seemed to work in previous versions, although maybe there just wasn’t enough traffic to tell.
