It is probably the cache of your IE explorer or your internet connection failed. Try clearing your browser cache.

    Thanks.

nope, its not cache or connection issue. its happen to me.

    Hi,

It beats me why this is happening.
It is working well for me in IE9 on my PC running Windows 7.
A visit to the adobe flash video player page, it says my flash player is the latest version.

My plugin, only produces the HTML embed codes given by video network providers, they are not “invented” or created by me, I merely added the ability to change attributes such as width and height, abilities that you are able to do on the video network provider’s embed code creator.

Perhaps you could review my codes and see if there is any improvements needed. Patches welcome. You can send me a tested diff file, or a tested modified version of the plugin. I will be glad to add you as the contributor.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Attached is a link to a screenshot of IE 9 viewing my site, with the video sidebar widgets plugin demo.
    ScreenshotIE9

This screenshot is taken on a Net Book running Windows 7, with IE9.
This Net Book is powered by Atom Processor and only 2 GB of RAM.

I must say my site loads very much slower in IE 9 than in Firefox, but it is working properly for me. This is why I don’t understand why it does not work for members here.

    Perhaps someone can enlighten me?

    Thanks.

It does not work for me as well. Actually, it displays when you’re on the “Appearance: Widget section”. But when I click on the website itself, the video does NOT display. The only thing that appears is the title and caption. Also, I am using Windows 7 & IE9.

You need to enter video width and video height. left out either one of them and the video will not show in internet explorer, does not matter which explorer version or windows version, it will not show up.

Some users purposely left out the video height so that the video auto re-sizes according to aspect ratio, this works in firefox but not in IE.

If you did entered the video height, then there may be something wrong with your browser installation.

Everything is working fine for me on my Windows 7 PC and Internet Explorer 9, this time round I am using a New PC and not my netbook to view the demo video on my web site.

    Thanks!

Thanks for responding. But you are right (I figured it out two weeks ago), I assumed leaving it blank will do the sizing automatically. It’s been running smoothly eversince and thanks to your truly good looking widget.

    Hi ramzam,

Thank you very much for getting back here to confirm my findings.
I am sure this will benefit users that have the same problem.

    Thanks again!

    Regards,
