[Plugin: More Privacy Options] Media Items via direct link?

Howdy,

I just noticed that this plugin does nothing to restrict access to uploaded files, such as images or pdf’s. If someone has a direct link to an uploaded file, they can view it just fine without being sent to a login page.

Is this something that could/should be updated?
