WP_Customer Reviews not showing! Please help.

I am trying to put this to work. I don’t know what may be causing this plugin to fail.
It does not show the comments on the page, neither can’t see the reviews on the admin panel to approve. What can be going on with that?

No comments showing.
No starts, nothing.
I cannot upgrade to the newer version because I want to fix it.

Any suggestion?
