Change old external links in posts.

  • Hi,

    In all blogposts I ever posted I used some external links for images (Icons like Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, etc.). The external links are to my FTP of our internetprovider. Now I’m considering to change from provider. All the images on my blogposts will dissapear… Is there a easy way to change these links into internal links??

    Help would save me lots of time.
