please help me

  • something’s wrong with my sie. i’m getting a fatal error and i can’t log in to fix anything.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /mnt/r0100/d07/s45/b03305b0/www/xxxxxx.com/wp-admin/admin.php on line 32

    also same error when i try to reach the url directly except it’s line 14.

    i posted earlier what i’d done. i’ve waited 2 hours and have gotten no response.

    if someone could just help me get into my admin area… please. thank you.

    this is so frustrating to have everything tied up in a website and then to have no support available when something happens other than volunteers… terrible.

    anyway, i’d really appreciate any help. thank you again.

  • I would start by uninstalling all the plugins and see if that fixes the issues. If you can’t get into the admin then you need to go through FTP and to plugins. Then create a new folder and move over all the plugins the new folder. That will remove all the plugins.

    I am thinking that is the issues.

    i did try to uninstall the plugins, but it didn’t work. i didn’t make a new folder though so maybe that’s why. luckily, my host company actually took the time to fix it for me. still don’t know what caused the nightmare, but i appreciate you taking the time to respond to my desperate plea ;~) thanks again.

    i’m trying to set a site up… https://www.pediaboy.com , i just used the text widget to add some icons to the side and geuss what i saw?

    “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in pediaboy/public_html/wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 121”

    now, i cant even load my admin page, the only thing that comes out is this error message. please what should i do please? can anyone help?

    That’s strange be uase when I load the page everything comes ok. Try to refresh the page it might be your cache.
