How to make a page without it showing up in nav?

I am trying to make a few pages that won’t go into the navigation or sub navigation menu’s. When I try the default is to set it as ‘no parent’ with an order of 0. I can’t figure out how to not have the page show up in nav. Ideas/suggestions? Thanks!
