Links problem

  • Hi everyone!I have a one problem.Why I see this thing in the address bar after the my site address /#?= (All the links are so)
    Last evening it began to be,mention that yesterday I did some changes to the paging, but I did not see anything, just a few hours later, maybe 8 ours.My host is not reliable, the website does not load hardly.I see that changed the favicon to admin area,with a one strange.Why would it be?a few days,Google no longer indexes my pages.Although you get the webmaster tools,I do not see any error of crawlers.In the past index them,but now no longer..Why?..because links?
