Conflict when renaming a page and permalink

Hi, I just created a new page to replace an old page in wordpress. I also made the new page become the parent of the old page. At first I named this new page Services New, to replace the current Services page. I later renamed the current Services page Senior Services and also changed it’s permalink to relate. Afterward I changed Services New to simply Services and made the permalink reflect that too. Now when I type the url for /services/ I get directed to the /services/senior-services/ url. Whether I type /services/ or /services/senior-services/ I get directed to the same old page. What’s going on here?
