Working on theme while another is installed

Hello everyone,

I wondering if there is a plugin that allow me to work on a theme, modifying it, and making some improvement on it without necessary activating it.

While I am working on the new theme, the next “old” theme and the current one should be the one available for users.

Any one have an idea on how to do that ?
