$wp_query is empty

Hey all,

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but WP appears to be losing some of the $wp_query values. I’ve got an attachment.php file that works just fine, so [is_attachment] must be set for that, but when I use if(is_attachment()) { ...... } to try and add some scripts to the header when an attachment is being view, the query is empty.

Any body experienced this before?
