Events Calender broke the whole website

I tried to install the latest version of the events calender (version 6.7.9.) what broke my whole website. I can’t even go nor to the first side (which has at least the original colour but without anything, no text, no logo nothing) neither to the admin-login (here the code HTTP 500 Internal Server Problem comes up).
what I can do to fix and repair this?
