can't activate plugin or delete it on wp 3.2

  • When trying to activate or delete the plugin it redirects to a 404 file/page:
    https://www.example.com/wordpress/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=activate&plugin=mail-from%2Fmail-from.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=d3f9387e07

    I think it is related to the name of the plugin php file: mail-from%2Fmail-from.php

    I tested it under Firefox 4 in a WordPress 3.1.2 environment.
